L'organisation des recherches à Dynafor est structurée selon 3 axes thématiques qui visent à favoriser l'intégration des résultats scientifiques obtenus dans les projets de recherche. Les membres de Dynafor contribuent volontairement aux activités des axes en fonction de leurs centres d'intérêts. Les axes ne sont pas des équipes cloisonnées, ils traitent essentiellement des questions et de stratégie scientifiques, et pas des aspects pratiques de la recherche abordés dans le conseil d'UMR et au sein des différents projets de recherche. Plusieurs groupes d'appuis à la recherche ont été identifiés pour coordonner les activités des personnels concernés.

The organization of research at Dynafor is structured according to 3 thematic axes that aim to promote the integration of the scientific results obtained in research projects. Dynafor members voluntarily contribute to the activities of the axes according to their interests. The axes are not compartmentalized teams, they essentially deal with scientific questions and strategy, and not with the practical aspects of research addressed in the UMR council and within the various research projects. Several research support groups have been identified to coordinate the activities of the staff concerned.
